Edition 2025 — Umbria Tango Festival
The 2025 edition of the Umbria Tango Festival confirmed Castiglione del Lago as one of the most beloved destinations in Italy for Argentine tango enthusiasts. In the evocative setting of the Rocca del Leone, evening Milongas Sentimental took place, while during the day, the shores of Lake Trasimeno hosted dancing brunches.
As is tradition, the event organized by Paolo Selmi brought together dancers from all over Europe, with dedicated orchestras and DJs, tango shows, and lessons also open to those approaching this dance for the first time. An event that combined the passion for tango with the beauty of the Umbrian landscape.
Programme
The 2025 edition featured the usual festival structure: evening Milongas Sentimental at the Rocca del Leone, the Rojo Tango show with live orchestra and singer, daytime dancing brunches at the Merangola, and lessons open to beginners. The daily details are no longer available online.
