Edition 2025 — Umbria Balloon Festival
The Umbria Balloon Festival is in its first edition in 2026: the festival dedicated to hot air ballooning had not yet taken place in 2025 in this widespread format involving fourteen Umbrian municipalities, including Todi. However, the tradition of hot air ballooning in Umbria was already rooted thanks to other ballooning gatherings in the region.
The Umbria Balloon Festival was created in 2026 as a large, widespread hot air balloon festival in Umbria: for this reason, there is no 2025 edition of the event in its current form, which for the first time involves fourteen municipalities in the region, including Todi. The Umbrian territory, however, already boasted a solid tradition of ballooning gatherings, which provided fertile ground for the creation of this new regional event.
