Edition 2025 — Ultner Bergbrunch

The 2025 edition of the Ultner Bergbrunch took place on Sunday, August 3, 2025, on the Schwemmalm, in the Ultental Valley, at the Erlebnisteich pond at an altitude of 2,162 meters. The mountain brunch offered the genuine flavors of the valley—alpine butter, fresh cheese, organic Ultental bread, jams, and local herbal teas—along with coffee, fresh eggs, and white sausages, all accompanied by musical entertainment.

The 2025 edition of the Ultner Bergbrunch was held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, on the Schwemmalm, at the Erlebnisteich pond, in the Ultental Valley (Municipality of Ultimo/Ulten, province of Bolzano). Participants enjoyed a rich brunch based on local products: alpine butter, fresh cheese, organic bread from the valley, jams and herbal teas from local farmers, as well as coffee, cappuccino, fresh eggs, and white sausages with mustard. The day, animated by musical entertainment, confirmed the Bergbrunch as one of the most beloved summer culinary events in the Ultental Valley.
