Edition 2025 — Ultner Bauernmarktl

During the summer and autumn of 2025, the Ultner Bauernmarktl enlivened the center of St. Walburg with its Saturday morning sessions from July to mid-October. Farmers from the Ulten and Deutschnonsberg areas offered rye bread, Schüttelbrot, alpine cheeses, speck, jams, and aromatic herbs, providing visitors with an authentic look at the farming life and traditions of the Ultental Valley.

The 2025 edition

In 2025, the Ultner Bauernmarktl farmers' market took place as per tradition in the center of St. Walburg (Ultimo municipality, autonomous province of Bolzano), with the usual Saturday morning sessions held from July to mid-October.

Mountain farms from the Ultental and Deutschnonsberg brought their typical products to the square — rye bread and Schüttelbrot, cheeses, speck, jams, syrups, and aromatic herbs — confirming the market as one of the most genuine events in the Ultental Valley. Admission remained free.
