Tuttomele

The 46th edition of Tuttomele was held in Cavour (Piedmont) from November 8th to 16th, 2025, organized by ProCavour in collaboration with the Municipality, Coldiretti Turin, Slow Food, CIFOP, and the Association of Chefs of the Mole.

The program featured a pomological exhibition with the best apples from over 200 fruit farmers, stands of Ancient Piedmontese Apples (Slow Food presidium), the Apple Gastronomic Week with ten restaurants and apple-based menus, the Taste Salon, show cooking, and tastings. Among the side events were the 10 km Apple Run national road race, the 'Apple in the Window' competition, photography and art exhibitions, and musical and folk performances. The Cavour Expo section brought together about 200 exhibitors over 13,000 square meters, confirming the high attendance of recent editions.
