Edition 2025 — Tuscan Specialties Festival

The Tuscan Specialties Festival is a newly established event: 2026 marks its debut edition at the Parco delle Sughere in Donoratico. In 2025, the park, the heart of the gastronomic tradition of the Castagneto Carducci area, hosted a rich season of festivals dedicated to Tuscan flavors, ranging from snail pappardelle to fresh fish.

The Tuscan Specialties Festival was founded in 2026 and therefore did not have its own edition in 2025. However, the Parco delle Sughere in Donoratico, where the new festival takes place, has been the venue for the Castagneto Carducci gastronomic festival season for years.

In 2025, the festival calendar at the park ran from July to September, with events dedicated to typical Tuscan dishes served for dinner in the classic convivial atmosphere of village feasts, accompanied by craft markets and live music evenings. It is within this tradition that the Tuscan Specialties Festival finds its roots.
