Turro and Gorla — Neighborhood Festivals

The Turro and Gorla festival is part of the "Quartieri in Festa" project promoted by Municipality 2 of Milan, designed to bring Milanese culture back to the streets and to enhance the identity of the old villages that once did not belong to the city. The Martesana Amphitheater, in the Martyrs of Iraqi Freedom Park, serves as its natural setting.

The event offers exhibitions, debates, shows, an artisan and agricultural market, and a book sharing service, created with the involvement of associations, committees, and local organizations such as Happy Days and Amici della Musica. A free gathering, social, and cultural moment, open to all citizens of the Turro and Gorla neighborhoods.
