Truscitedda Festival

The 2025 edition of the Truscitedda Festival confirmed the summer appointment with the flavors of Castronovo di Sicilia, in the heart of the Sicani Mountains in the province of Palermo.

In the historic center, the stalls offered local excellence: cheeses such as Tuma persa and PDO Pecorino, PDO extra virgin olive oil, cured meats, homemade bread, and traditional sweets. Alongside tastings and culinary workshops, the program included guided tours of churches, palaces, and convents, local craft exhibitions, conferences, performances, and excursions in the Sicani Mountains, in line with the festival's mission to promote the food, wine, artistic, and cultural heritage of the Castronovo area.
