Truffle Festival in San Benedetto Val di Sambro

The 2025 edition of the Tartufesta in San Benedetto Val di Sambro took place over two Sundays, October 19 and 26, 2025, as a stop on the major widespread event that involves the municipalities of the Bolognese Apennines every autumn.

For the occasion, the town center hosted markets for local and artisanal products, food stands with menus and specialties based on the prized white truffle of the Bolognese Hills, tastings by producers and truffle hunters, the spectacular truffle dog competition, and guided excursions in the woods. The event, with free admission and organized by the local Pro Loco together with the Metropolitan City of Bologna, confirmed the territory's connection with its most precious product.
