2025 Truffle Festival in Cervara di Roma
On Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Cervara di Roma hosted the 24th edition of the Truffle Festival, celebrating the autumn equinox with a gastronomic walk through the village alleys. The star was the Uncinato Truffle of Cervara, a PAT of Lazio, offered in traditional recipes and gourmet creations.
Together with the Artists' Feast, the program included guided tours of the Mountain Museum, astronomical observations with telescopes led by enthusiasts, musical performances by singer-songwriters, and a comedy performance by the Compagnia Il NaufragarMèDolce. Organized by the Pro Loco and the Municipality of Cervara di Roma, the event confirmed the bond between the Simbruini Mountains village, its artistic identity, and the flavors of the Lazio mountains.
