Truciolinarte: National Flower Festival

Throughout 2025, the Truciolinarte Artistic Flower Festival Association continued to carry forward in Torricella Sicura, in the province of Teramo, the tradition of floral art created with dust-free white fir wood shavings colored with tempera, a sustainable technique born from the village's bond with the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.

The Torricella floral art activity, which revolves around the historic center of the town, has consolidated itself as an artistic and community project capable of involving volunteers of all ages and attracting attention to the Teramo village. It is within this framework of growth and openness towards other Italian floral art schools that the national-scale event confirmed by the Municipality for the following summer matures.
