Edition 2025 — Trout and Mountain Herbs
The first edition of Trout and Mountain Herbs inaugurated the Valle Pesio gastronomic festival in spring, born from the desire of the Visit Valle Pesio association to promote Pesio trout and local products from Chiusa di Pesio and its hamlets.
The inaugural 2025 edition marked the birth of a widespread festival in the venues of Valle Pesio, promoted by the Visit Valle Pesio association together with the Cœur ed muntagna brand. Hotels, restaurants, and agriturismi in Chiusa di Pesio and its hamlets offered dishes based on Pesio trout, laying the foundations for a spring event that expanded the following year to include pairings with wild mountain herbs.
