Edition 2025 — Trofie Festival

The 38th Trofie Festival of Sori took place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in the town's pedestrian area. From the afternoon, the handmade trofie workshop, followed by stalls with trofie al pesto from Pastificio Novella and focaccette al formaggio, and in the evening, shows, including a performance by comedian Fabrizio Casalino.

The 2025 edition, the 38th, confirmed the beloved formula of the festival. The pedestrian area of Sori was transformed into a fresh pasta workshop, with participants engaged in preparing trofie by hand under the guidance of pasta makers.

The food stalls, open from 7:00 PM, served trofie al pesto and focaccette al formaggio, while the evening featured musical and comedy performances, including Fabrizio Casalino's show. Organized by the Pro Loco of Sori with Pastificio Novella.

Prices

Free admission; food and drinks to be paid for at the stalls.
