Edition 2025 — Trofeo Mundial Beach Soccer
The second edition of the Trofeo Mundial Beach Soccer brought Piazza Duomo in Cerignola to life on July 5 and 6, 2025, following a postponement from the originally scheduled dates. The national teams of Italy, Argentina, Brazil, and France took to the pitch, with semi-finals and finals starting at 9:00 PM.
The event was preceded by several side activities: a beach volleyball tournament on July 3, the Mini Beach Soccer for the Esordienti category on July 4, and the "Realizza un sogno" amateur tournament. Among the protagonists were numerous former football stars such as Angelo Di Livio, Max Tonetto, Jeda, Reginaldo, and Francisco Lima. The matches were broadcast live on DAZN, Sportitalia, and Samsung TV Plus. The Italian national team claimed the trophy.
