The first edition of the Triskele Food Festival

From August 21st to 24th, 2025, Piazza Mokarta, in the heart of Mazara del Vallo, hosted the first edition of the Triskele Food Festival, from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Wooden stalls and booths welcomed food masters and culinary artisans with farm-to-table products — oils, wines, preserves, and traditional preparations — sourced from various regions of Sicily.

The program included cooking shows with two chefs dedicated to reviving forgotten recipes typical of the Mazara area, as well as street performer shows. Organized by the Associazione Artigianando, led by president Luca Tumminia, in collaboration with Event Production and under the patronage of the Municipality, the event was part of the Mazara Summer calendar and coincided with the Festino di San Vito, the city's patron saint.

2025 Edition Program

Four evenings, from August 21st to 24th, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, in Piazza Mokarta, Mazara del Vallo.

• Wooden stalls and booths featuring food artisans and farm-to-table local products (oils, wines, preserves, traditional Sicilian preparations).
• Street food and tastings of authentic Sicilian flavors.
• Cooking shows with two chefs reviving forgotten recipes typical of the Mazara del Vallo area.
• Street performer shows to animate the evenings.
