Edition 2025 — Trippa in Festa

The first edition of Trippa in Festa took place on Thursday, August 7, 2025, in Largo Sant'Anna, in Specchia Gallone (Minervino di Lecce). As part of the Minervino Summer program, food stalls offered tripe, porchetta, and traditional Salento dishes with Terrona craft beer. From 9:30 PM, live music by the band Popolo Nomade entertained the evening until late at night. Free admission.

Trippa in Festa 2025: the first edition

The first edition of Trippa in Festa was held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, in Largo Sant'Anna, along the provincial road 56, in the village of Specchia Gallone in Minervino di Lecce. The event was part of the Minervino Summer program promoted by the Municipality.

The food stalls, managed by the Specchia Gallone Festival Committee, offered tripe in various traditional recipes, porchetta, and other typical Salento dishes, accompanied by Terrona craft beer. Starting at 9:30 PM, the band Popolo Nomade performed a concert featuring historical tracks and new sounds, entertaining the audience until late at night. Admission was free and open to everyone.
