Edition 2025 — Trippa della Truppa
The Trippa della Truppa degli Alpini 2025 enlivened Villa Zoja park in Concorezzo with the genuine cuisine of the 'penne nere': tripe, salamelle, gnocco fritto, and cured meats, in a convivial festival that was part of the town's summer program.
In 2025, the Concorezzo Alpini Group once again brought its festival to Villa Zoja Park, with tripe and the traditional menu taking center stage. The Trippa della Truppa confirmed its status as one of the most beloved gastronomic events of Concorezzo's September.
Born from the volunteerism of the 'penne nere', the festival remains an example of the Alpini's convivial spirit, as they use cooking to foster the town's social life in the heart of Brianza.
