In 2025, the Tripe Festival once again enlivened Castelletto Borgo at the beginning of September, bringing tripe and traditional Mantuan dishes to the table. A genuine gastronomic festival, in line with the village festivals that animate the hamlets of Roncoferraro.
The 2025 edition of the Tripe Festival confirmed the gastronomic event in Castelletto Borgo, with the hamlet of Roncoferraro enlivened for a few days by the aromas of traditional cuisine.
Tripe, the festival's star, was accompanied by other typical Mantuan dishes and the usual convivial atmosphere that characterizes the festivals of the Bassa hamlets.
