Edition 2025 — Tripe Festival
In June 2025, the Tripe Festival returned to Poggio Salamartano in Fucecchio for its customary summer edition, organized by the Nobile Contrada Sant'Andrea. Two evenings dedicated to tripe, lampredotto, and Tuscan culinary specialties, with grills, pasta dishes, and sides, accompanied by music and live entertainment as part of the historic center's festival.
The 2025 edition of the Tripe Festival in Fucecchio took place on Poggio Salamartano, confirming the success of a festival that has now become part of the summer calendar of the town in the lower Valdarno. The food stands of the Nobile Contrada Sant'Andrea offered tripe and lampredotto cooked according to tradition, along with mixed grills, pasta dishes, and sides. The evenings concluded with music and dancing, in a full convivial village atmosphere.
