Edition 2025 — Tripe Festival

The 2025 edition of the Tripe Festival took place in September at the Cinte Tesino sports grounds, on the Tesino Plateau. The food and wine festival, organized by the Pro Loco with the support of APT Valsugana, featured tripe cooked according to the traditional recipe, served with polenta and accompanied by typical local products, in a genuine village festival atmosphere appreciated by residents and tourists on the plateau.

The 2025 Tripe Festival was held at the Cinte Tesino sports grounds in September, confirming the traditional late-summer appointment on the Tesino Plateau, in Valsugana (Trentino).

The star was tripe prepared according to the traditional mountain recipe and served steaming hot with polenta and other local specialties. The event, managed by the Cinte Tesino Pro Loco with the support of APT Valsugana, attracted residents and visitors to the food stalls, in a convivial atmosphere typical of Trentino village festivals.
