Edition 2025 — Tripe and Strozzaprete Festival

The 57th Tripe and Strozzapreti Festival took place on July 19 and 20, 2025, in Monte Colombo (Montescudo-Monte Colombo, RN). Two days dedicated to tripe cooked according to ancient local recipes and handmade strozzapreti, with food stalls, piadina, an artisan market, and live performances for the whole family. Free admission, in the setting of the Valconca hills.

2025 Edition

The 57th edition of the Tripe and Strozzapreti Festival was held on the weekend of July 19-20, 2025 in the hamlet of Croce, Monte Colombo, in the Municipality of Montescudo-Monte Colombo (RN). Organized by the Pro Loco Monte Colombo, the event featured tripe and strozzapreti prepared according to ancient local recipes, along with piadina, French fries, and a variety of typical Romagna dishes.

Accompanying the evenings were live performances and entertainment for the whole family, as well as an artisan market with local products and unique creations. Admission was free for both days.
