Trieste Trio Prize

In its previous editions, the Trieste Trio Prize has confirmed its role as a benchmark event for international chamber music. Open to duos, trios, and quartets with piano and strings, the competition has attracted young ensembles from all over the world to the city, challenging them before a jury of renowned musicians and educators.

The performances have taken place, as is tradition, between the Tartini Conservatory and the Miela Theatre, culminating in the Winners' Concert recorded by RAI. The prestige of the past winners has contributed to launching numerous emerging chamber ensembles into their international concert careers.
