Edition 2025 — Öfela Festival

In 2025, Nole once again celebrated Republic Day with the Tricolour Festival and the Öfela Festival, a traditional event in the Canavese area. Featuring a street food area, free concerts, a flag-raising ceremony, and tastings of the typical öfela pastry, the event confirmed its role as a community celebration capable of uniting civic memory, gastronomy, and local tradition.

The 2025 edition of the Tricolour Festival and Öfela Festival took place in Nole around June 2nd, intertwining the celebrations for Republic Day with the historic festival dedicated to the öfela, the traditional Canavese wafer-like pastry. The programme featured a street food area, free concerts, a flag-raising ceremony with civic moments dedicated to young people, as well as exhibitions, artisans, hobbyists, and stands from local associations. Organized by the Pro Loco of Nole, the event attracted citizens and visitors alike, confirming its status as one of the town's most beloved events.
