Trial Torre

The 2025 edition of the Trial Torre took place on Saturday, August 23rd, concluding the summer season of Torre Cajetani, in the province of Frosinone. The footrace attracted athletes and enthusiasts for a challenge through the streets of the historic center and the scenic points of the village, at the foot of the Teofilatto Castle.

The race represented the grand sporting finale of a particularly rich calendar: in the preceding days, the village had hosted the fourth edition of the Street Food Festival (August 8-10), the Wild Boar Festival by the 'I Lupi dei Monti Ernici' hunting group (August 11-12), cinema under the stars, the '90'Original Festa', and the Ferragosto concert, while on August 31st, the 'Night of the Ring' brought Tolkien fans to the Teofilatto Castle. In this context, the Trial Torre confirmed the sporting vocation of the small Ciociaria village, which over the years has also hosted amateur races like 'Castrum Turris in corsa' and regional mountain bike competitions.
