Treviso Retrò is a small summer festival with great charm, dedicated to music and the pleasures of yesteryear. The setting is one of the most beautiful squares in the historic centre of Treviso, Piazza Santa Maria dei Battuti, which for three evenings transforms into an intimate and evocative stage.
Music, storytelling, and atmosphere
The programme blends different genres and languages—from swing to traditional Italian melodies, from music to storytelling—to create a journey through time that is both moving and entertaining. The artistic direction, entrusted to Luisa Trevisi and Carlo Colombo, gives the festival a precise identity, characterised by elegance and attention to detail.
An event in the Treviso summer
Included in the Treviso d'Estate (Treviso Summer) programme, Treviso Retrò is one of those events that, far from the logic of large crowds, offers a quality and atmospheric experience. In case of bad weather, the performances move to the Loggia dei Cavalieri, another symbolic venue in the heart of Treviso, in the Marca region.

Treviso Retrò 2026 returns from August 21st to 23rd in the scenic Piazza Santa Maria dei Battuti, confirming itself as one of the most refined events in the Treviso d'Estate programme. Three evenings dedicated to music and bygone pleasures, with the usual artistic direction of Luisa Trevisi and Carlo Colombo.
In case of bad weather, the performances will move to the Loggia dei Cavalieri. The detailed programme for the 2026 edition, including the artists for each evening, will be announced closer to the event.

August 21–23, 2026 — Piazza Santa Maria dei Battuti
Three evenings of music and bygone atmospheres, with the artistic direction of Luisa Trevisi and Carlo Colombo, as part of the Treviso d'Estate festival.
The detailed programme with the artists for each evening will be announced by the organisers. In previous editions, the festival has featured swing concerts and Italian melodies, performances blending music and storytelling, in a journey suspended between nostalgia and lightness.
In case of bad weather, performances will be held at the Loggia dei Cavalieri.

How to get there
Piazza Santa Maria dei Battuti is located in the historic centre of Treviso, reachable on foot from Treviso Centrale station. In case of bad weather, the performances are held at the Loggia dei Cavalieri.
Admission
Admission is generally free on a first-come, first-served basis, as part of the Treviso d'Estate festival.
