Edition 2025 — Red Chicory Festival

The 2025 edition of the Treviso Red Chicory IGP Festival enlivened Rio San Martino di Scorzè with its food stand dedicated to red chicory, guided tastings, market, conferences, and musical evenings, confirming its role as a showcase for one of Veneto's most renowned agricultural excellences.

In November 2025, Rio San Martino di Scorzè renewed its appointment with the Treviso Red Chicory IGP Festival. The food stand offered numerous chicory-based recipes - from risotto to gnocchi, from grilled chicory to Treviso-style porchetta - while exhibitions, a market, guided tastings, conferences, and musical evenings with nationally renowned artists completed the program. The event, organized by Pro Loco Scorzè, reaffirmed its central role in the autumn calendar of the Miranese and Marca regions.
