The rainbow parade returns to the heart of the city
Treviso Pride was born in 2016 with the first rainbow parade in the city streets and, since then, has become a fixed event in the civil and cultural calendar of the capital of the Marca. A parade that is both a street party and a political demonstration, in which the LGBTQIA+ community and its supporters demand rights, visibility, and respect.
The parade starts from the areas near the station and crosses the most representative streets and squares of Treviso โ from Corso del Popolo to Piazza dei Signori and Piazza Matteotti โ accompanied by music, speeches, and performances. Along the route and at the arrival point, speeches by the organizing associations and representatives of civil society alternate.
The event is organized by the Coordinamento LGBTE Treviso together with Agedo Treviso ODV and the Collettivo Le Miriadi, with the involvement of numerous local realities. In addition to the parade, the program includes moments of sociality and entertainment, with an after-party that extends the day with live music, DJ sets, and drag shows. Special attention is paid to inclusion, with spaces designed for those with vulnerabilities or who need an environment less exposed to noise and crowds.
The 2026 edition of Treviso Pride, scheduled for Saturday, June 20, marks an important milestone: ten years since the first rainbow parade that crossed the city in 2016. The gathering is set for 3 PM at the Palla di Benetton, in via Roma, near the train station; the parade kicks off at 4 PM from Corso del Popolo.
The godmother of the event is Lina Galore, a performer and drag queen known for winning the third edition of Drag Race Italia. The day concludes with the After Treviso Pride Party in the evening, featuring food trucks, live music, DJ sets, and drag shows.
Godmother Lina Galore; Ama Supreme will also be on stage; hosted by Giovanna Donini. A Safe Area is planned along the parade for those who need a space less exposed to noise and crowds.
The gathering is scheduled near Treviso Centrale station, in via Roma. The city is reachable by train and car from the A27 motorway. It is advisable to reach the center on foot or by public transport.
Participation in the parade is free. A Safe Area is set up at the end of the parade, with volunteers, water, and refreshments.
