About Treviso d'Estate

When summer arrives, Treviso transforms into a large open-air stage. Treviso d'Estate is the festival that, from June to September, fills the city's squares, parks, museums, courtyards, and theatres with over two hundred and fifty events including music, theatre, open-air cinema, dance, cabaret, and contemporary circus. A widespread programme, with most events being free, designed to liven up every neighbourhood and offer residents and visitors a summer rich in culture and entertainment in the heart of the Marca Trevigiana.

The city as a stage

Treviso d'Estate is the umbrella that gathers the summer programming of the Municipality of Treviso: a very dense calendar, with over 250 events, which transforms symbolic places of the city into open-air stages. From the Loggia dei Cavalieri to Piazza Rinaldi, from the Gardens of Sant'Andrea to the Prato della Fiera, from the Bailo Museum to the Mario Del Monaco Theatre, every corner becomes an opportunity for a show.

All the live arts

The festival embraces different genres and languages: concerts, theatre, open-air cinema, dance, cabaret, and contemporary circus. Within the programme, there is space for now-established events such as the Festa della Musica, comedy nights in the Loggia, screenings and shows in Piazza Rinaldi, and contemporary circus festivals, as well as musical and cultural events that liven up the neighbourhoods.

A summer for the whole city

The strength of Treviso d'Estate is its widespread and popular nature: the events are not concentrated only in the historic centre but reach parks and peripheral neighbourhoods, with a programme that is largely free. It is a way to experience the city in the hottest months, rediscovering its public spaces and cultural identity, and to welcome the many visitors who choose Treviso and the Marca as their summer destination.
