Trentino Bread Festival

Fourth edition, April 13, 2025

The fourth edition of the event, titled Trentino Bread and Fine Pastry Festival, was held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at the historic headquarters of the Agri '90 Cooperative, in the heart of the Chiese Valley in Storo.

Starting at 11:00 AM, tastings were offered of white flour bread prepared by students from the Arte Bianca school in Rovereto and the CFP Enaip in Tione di Trento, paired with mountain cheeses, speck, and olive oil. In addition to the bread, the stars were Easter colombe, artisanal cakes, and cookies, accompanied by wines from Cantina Toblino and beers from Birrificio Leder. The guest of honor was baker Daniel Zanoni, runner-up with Team Brescia at the 2025 World Bread Championships in Taipei. The traditional giant bread weight-guessing contest donated its proceeds to the Africa Rafiki association.
