The debut of Trentino Barbecue in 2025

The first edition of Trentino Barbecue in Carisolo took place on June 20, 2025, in Piazza 2 Maggio, meeting with great public success. The initiative, promoted by the Municipality of Carisolo with the support of Trentino Marketing and the Pro Loco, offered a grand barbecue featuring traditional Trentino meats to showcase the region's agricultural excellence.

The evening benefited from the valuable collaboration of Ballardini Carni and the wines of Maso Loera di Pelugo, while chefs Sandro and Giorgio prepared the dinner with professionalism, passion, and dedication. The event was attended by the provincial tourism councilor Roberto Failoni and the mayor of Carisolo, highlighting the bond between tourism, gastronomic traditions, and local production. A debut that enriched the town's summer calendar, laying the foundations for the years to come.
