Traveling Crochet Flower Festival — San Buono stop

On June 12 and 13, 2025, San Buono hosted the third stop of the Traveling Crochet Flower Festival by Pro Loco San Salvo, the first in Abruzzo of that edition, as part of a fourteen-stop tour that started on May 18 from Valeggio sul Mincio.

On June 12, a new panel dedicated to the Jubilee was inaugurated by the Pro Loco crochet artisans, an emotional moment that involved the entire community. On June 13, the feast of Sant'Antonio was celebrated, a religious and popular appointment hosted in the 16th-century convent immersed in greenery just a few steps from the center of San Buono: the cloister was exceptionally opened for the occasion, offering visitors a unique atmosphere, while the traditional fair enlivened the day.
