Trasimeno Prog Festival

The 2025 edition of the Trasimeno Prog Festival animated the Medieval Fortress of Castiglione del Lago with its programme dedicated to progressive rock. Within the walls of the fortress overlooking Lake Trasimeno, the evenings alternated tributes to the genre's legends and performances by cult bands, in an intimate and gathered atmosphere.

The review, one of the rare Italian events entirely dedicated to prog, attracted enthusiasts from various regions, confirming its identity as a niche event but of strong cultural value. It should be noted that, due to bad weather, the planned Pink Floyd Night could not be held that year and was rescheduled for the following programme. The event remains dedicated to the memory of Riccardo Regi.
