Trail delle 5 Querce 2025 — 12th Edition

The twelfth edition of the Trail delle 5 Querce took place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Gravina in Puglia (BA), confirming the event's role as one of the most popular trail races in Southern Italy. Approximately 500 athletes were at the starting line, ready to take on the 24.5 km route with 730 meters of positive elevation gain.

The course crossed the trails of the Alta Murgia, the ancient oak forest of Bosco Difesa Grande, and the rugged walls of the canyon, passing through caves, necropolises, and scenic spots within the Alta Murgia National Park. Alongside the competitive race, a recreational fun walk open to everyone was held, allowing non-competitive runners to experience the Murgia nature. The organization was managed by A.S.D. Gravina Festina Lente with the patronage of the Municipality of Gravina in Puglia, the Puglia Region, CONI, and the Alta Murgia National Park Authority.

Program — Sunday, October 19, 2025

• 8:30 AM — Start of the competitive race (24.5 km course, 730m elevation gain)
• Start of the non-competitive recreational fun walk on the Alta Murgia trails
• Time limit: 4 hours to complete the course
• Refreshment stations along the route through Bosco Difesa Grande, Alta Murgia, and the canyon
• Awards ceremony for overall winners and Master categories at the end of the race

Registration for the race and the walk remained open until Thursday, October 16, 2025, on the icron.it portal.
