Edition 2025 — Polentata di Gaby

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, the Pro Loco of Gaby will host the Tradizionale Polentata in the green area of the Tzendelabò pine forest: a unique dish with polenta, polenta concia, small sausage, stew, cheese, and wine or water, starting from 12:30 PM, for a day outdoors in the Walser village.

The 2025 edition of the Tradizionale Polentata di Gaby will take place on Sunday, August 3, in the green area of the pine forest at Tzendelabò. Starting from 12:30 PM, the Pro Loco volunteers will serve the unique dish of polenta and polenta concia, accompanied by small sausage, stew, and cheese, with wine or water. The prices were €20 for adults and €15 for children up to 12 years old. As tradition dictates, the festival brought together the community of Gaby and the holidaymakers of the Valle del Lys for a convivial day dedicated to Aosta Valley mountain cuisine.
