Traditional Siror Christmas Torchlight Procession

The Traditional Siror Christmas Torchlight Procession returned for Christmas Eve 2025, on Wednesday, December 24, confirming one of the most evocative events in the Primiero Valley winter calendar. The program included a gathering of participants at 8:00 PM in the Central Square in Siror; around 9:30 PM, the torches began their descent from the woods above the town, offering a spectacle of light and reflection in the Christmas night from the village.

At the end of the descent, the community gathered in the square to exchange greetings, accompanied by hot mulled wine and sémeli, the typical Christmas pastry of Siror. The event, free and open to everyone, was organized by the Comitato Tradizione e Cultura di Siror with the promotion of the ApT San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero and Vanoi.
