Traditional Polentone Festival of Calosso

On Sunday, March 23, 2025, the village of Calosso, in the Asti Monferrato, celebrated its Traditional Polentone at the Salone Don Monticone. Starting at noon, the Pro Loco of Calosso distributed free polenta accompanied by traditional condiments: stew, sausage, hard-boiled eggs, and a good glass of Barbera. The meal concluded with the inevitable fried bugie prepared by the volunteers. During the festival, it was possible to leave a charitable donation to support local Calosso organizations in an atmosphere of conviviality and strong community spirit.
