Edition 2025 — Tra Terra e Stelle

In the summer of 2025, Tra Terra e Stelle brought its second edition to the villages of the Pisa area and the Garfagnana, also reaching the territory of Pieve Fosciana. The traveling theatre festival curated by the Compagnia Semi Volanti, under the artistic direction of Eva Malacarne, offered free site-specific performances designed to showcase the small towns of the Tuscan hinterland and their communities.

The 2025 edition

In the summer of 2025, Tra Terra e Stelle enlivened the villages of inland Tuscany, between the provinces of Pisa and Lucca, with its second edition. The traveling theatre festival, curated by the Compagnia Semi Volanti under the artistic direction of Eva Malacarne, reached several municipalities of the Garfagnana, including Pieve Fosciana. The performances, with free admission and conceived in harmony with the places that hosted them, confirmed the festival's winning formula: bringing live theatre to villages often far from the most beaten tourist circuits, intertwining culture, landscape, and social interaction.
