Tortello, Pork Shank and Craft Beer Festival

The 2025 edition of the Tortello, Pork Shank and Craft Beer Festival confirmed the event's winning formula: authentic Tuscan cuisine, craft beer, and plenty of music. The stars of the table were the tortelli in both Lucca and Mugello potato styles, pappardelle with wild boar and porcini mushrooms, oven-roasted pork shank, and grilled meats, all washed down with beer from the Birrificio La Staffetta of Calci.

As per tradition, every evening concluded with ballroom dancing and live music, in the atmosphere of a village festival that draws numerous visitors to the Pisan countryside every year. A portion of the proceeds was used to support local charitable projects, confirming the strong roots of the Pro Loco of Agnano Pisano in the local community.
