Edition 2025 — Tortello and Schiacciata Festival

In spring 2025, the Tortello and Schiacciata Festival once again enlivened the weekends at the Locanda di Villa Demidoff, in the Medici Park of Pratolino, Vaglia. The proven formula featured a non-stop kitchen with Mugello-style tortelli and stuffed schiacciate, an evening aperitif, and a dedicated area for children, all set in a green oasis just a few kilometers from Florence.

The 2025 edition

The Tortello and Schiacciata Festival returned in spring 2025 to the Locanda di Villa Demidoff, inside the Pratolino Park, in the municipality of Vaglia. For this edition as well, the stars were the Mugello-style tortelli and hot stuffed schiacciate, served during the opening weekends.

The event confirmed its successful formula: kitchen service from lunch until evening, sunset aperitifs, and a children's area, all immersed in the greenery of one of the most scenic Medici villas in Tuscany.
