Edition 2025 — Tortello and Prugnolo Festival
The 2025 edition of the Tortello and Prugnolo Mushroom Festival took place in Scarperia at the Circolo MCL from April 25 to May 4, 2025. Once again, the stars were the Mugello potato tortelli and dishes featuring prugnolo, the typical spring mushroom of the Mugello, served during Saturday dinners and Sunday lunches.
The 2025 edition of the Tortello and Prugnolo Mushroom Festival was held in Scarperia (Scarperia e San Piero, Florence), in the rooms of the Circolo MCL on Via San Martino, from April 25 to May 4, 2025.
As per tradition, the event featured Mugello potato tortelli and dishes based on prugnolo, with dinners on Saturdays and lunches on Sundays and holidays, in the convivial atmosphere typical of Mugello festivals.
