Tortellino Festival

The twelfth edition of the Tortellino Festival took place in Borgo Tossignano, in the Province of Bologna, over three weekends in May 2025: May 9-10-11, May 15-16-17-18, and May 23-24-25.

In 2025, as in previous years, the signature dish was handmade tortellini by the village's arzdore, prepared according to the tradition of rolling out the dough with a rolling pin and served in a large gastronomic stand at the Sports Field. The stand opened for dinner from 6:30 PM, with lunch service also available on Sundays.

As tradition dictates, the festival was organized by volunteers from the Società Sportiva Valsanterno and paired with the Trofeo Valsanterno youth football tournament, reaffirming the link between good food, sport, and community life in the Santerno valley.
