Edition 2025 — Tortèl&Gropèl
The 2025 edition of Tortèl&Gropèl took place from January until March 2, 2025 in Val di Non and Val di Sole. Six venues participated: Agritur El Malget in Tuenno, Osteria Casa De Gentili in Sanzeno, Ristorante Albergo Cavallino Bianco in Rumo, Ristorante Centrale in Flavon (Municipality of Contà), Ristorante Solarium in Predaia, and Ristorante Hotel Santoni in Fucine di Ossana.
The menu, priced at 25 euros per person, included a platter of potato tortèi served at the table, a glass of Groppello wine, water, coffee, and service. The cooking masterclasses, costing 28 euros per person and led by chef Paolo Cescatti, were held in six sessions between January and March at the Maso Sperdoss, El Zeremia, and Laste Rosse wineries, including a final tasting and a complimentary apron.
