Edition 2025 — Tortel Festival

In the summer of 2025, the Tortel Festival returned to the shores of Lake Smeraldo in Fondo (Borgo d'Anaunia), confirming its status as one of the most beloved gastronomic events in Val di Non. The Pro Loco Fondo APS offered the traditional lunch featuring tortei di patate and local specialties, with free admission and the usual accordion music enlivening the day by the lake.

The 2025 edition of the Tortel Festival took place in July on the shores of Lake Smeraldo in Fondo, in the municipality of Borgo d'Anaunia (Val di Non, Trentino). The Pro Loco Fondo APS hosted an open-air lunch featuring tortei di patate, the signature dish of the local cuisine, served with regional specialties.

As per tradition, the event was held with free admission and no booking required, with accordion music accompanying the festive day in one of the most picturesque natural settings in the valley.
