Edition 2025 — Torretta Living Nativity

The tenth edition of the Torretta Living Nativity took place on December 26 and 28, 2025, and January 6, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in the ancient village of Via Montello. Set in late 19th-century Sicily, the nativity scene showcased traditional Sicilian crafts along a path leading to the Nativity manger, with local food tastings and a Christmas market. Organized by the N'Capu u Cummuni Cultural Association.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Torretta Living Nativity was held on December 26 and 28, 2025, and January 6, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The ancient village, starting from Via Montello with its long staircase, hosted the re-enactment of late 19th-century Sicily.

Along the narrow streets, performers brought traditional Sicilian crafts and scenes of daily life from the past to life, while visitors could taste local Torretta products: faccia di vecchia, fried bread, vastedde, olive oil, caciocavallo, and Christmas sweets. A Christmas market completed the route. The entrance fee was a symbolic 1 euro.
