Edition 2025 — Fried Fish Festival

In the summer of 2025, the Torre Lapillo Fried Fish Festival took place over two weekends, July 26-27 and August 9-10, in the historic center of the Porto Cesareo hamlet. Organized by the Pro Loco Torre Lapillo, the free-entry event offered large servings of Ionian fish, local products, and evenings of music and entertainment in the square, as part of the municipal summer program.

The 2025 edition of the Torre Lapillo Fried Fish Festival was held over two appointments: July 26-27 and August 9-10, 2025. The Pro Loco Torre Lapillo enlivened the historic center of the Porto Cesareo hamlet (Lecce) with stands dedicated to frying Ionian Sea fish, served hot in convivial portions, accompanied by typical Salento products.

The evenings, with free admission, were animated by folk music, dancing, and entertainment, included in the rich program of summer events promoted by the Municipality of Porto Cesareo from June to September. The festival confirmed its role as a reference point for residents and tourists vacationing along the Ionian coast of Salento.
