Torchiarolo Carnival 2025: the first edition

The carnival of Torchiarolo saw its first edition on February 16, 2025, with "Carnival Street", an event organized by merchants and the municipal administration in collaboration with the EP Music agency. Starting at 3:00 PM, Via Brindisi came alive with the Santa Claus Band in support of the Salento Pediatric Center, the Ipergalattici cover band performing cartoon theme songs, performances by the Dance For You school, and entertainment with mascots and street artists.

At 6:30 PM, the Ipergalattici performed again on Via Brindisi, while from 9:00 PM in Piazza Castello, the concert of Alla Bua, a group of traditional Salento music, took place. The season concluded on March 4, 2025, Shrove Tuesday, with a parade of Venetian masks in "vintage carnival" style along Via Brindisi, Via Bengasi, Via Boschetto, Piazza Municipio, and Piazza Castello. All events had free admission.
