The 2025 Edition
In 2025, the Torchiagina Gastronomic Week once again presented its famous Roasted Goose Festival in Torchiagina. Roasted goose, the specialty that gives the event its name, was the star of a typical Umbrian cuisine menu served every evening by the Pro Loco stands.
The festival featured dancing evenings with orchestras, a play area for the little ones, traditional popular games, and the Loka pub, confirming its status as one of the most cherished summer events in the Assisi area.
