Edition 2025 — Tor des Géants
The Tor des Géants 2025 took place from September 14th to 20th along the 330 km and 24,000 meters of elevation gain of the Alte Vie 1 and 2 of the Aosta Valley, with start and finish in Courmayeur, crossing 34 municipalities and over 25 passes above 2000 meters.
The edition went down in the race's history: Victor Richard crossed the finish line on the night between September 16th and 17th, setting a new course record with 66 hours, 8 minutes, and 22 seconds, beating Franco Collé's previous best. Among the women, the Dutch athlete Noor Van Der Veen won in 79 hours, 34 minutes, and 30 seconds.
Alongside the TOR330, the other races of the TORX circuit were held, including the TOR130 Tot Dret, won by Davide Rivero. The event confirmed the Tor des Géants as one of the most prestigious and toughest ultratrails in the world, and the Aosta Valley as one of the international capitals of trail running.
