Tindari Festival

The 69th edition of the Tindari Festival took place from July 4th to August 30th, 2025, with 34 cultural events and 11 national premieres distributed between the Ancient Theatre of Tindari and eight municipalities in the Messina area, under the artistic direction of Mario Incudine.

Among the protagonists: Vinicio Capossela with "Sirene" (August 5th), Antonello Venditti (August 22nd), Roy Paci with the Municipal Bands (July 8th), Arianna Scommegna in "Hecuba" (July 20th), Moni Ovadia and Giovanni Caccamo (August 2nd), and Lucia Sardo (July 27th). The opening was entrusted to Mario Incudine with "Archimede" (July 4th). On August 8th, the White Night enlivened the festival with "Tindari Reads" — a tribute to Andrea Camilleri —, acrobatic circus, the Puppet Opera, and "Cavalleria Rusticana".
