Tifernate Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Tifernate Carnival confirmed the community's strong bond with this popular tradition. The historic center of Città di Castello, in the Upper Tiber Valley of Umbria, was filled with masks, confetti, music, and joy, with the afternoon in the square dedicated above all to children and families.

As usual, the absolute protagonist was the mask of King Dodone, the symbol of the Tifernate carnival, who watched over the festivities organized with the involvement of the Rione Societies, the Pro Loco, and local associations.
